Duties:Tourist Information/Office Assistant- Answer incoming phone lines and provide accurate tourist information to all callers, process email and scan requests when given,track availability for Special Events and Holidays, keep accurate listings of all members in the lodging industry, oversee the distribution of the availability sheets to chamber staff, Email updated sheets weekly to contact groups as directed. Other duties as assigned.
Experience Required:Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook including Outlook Calendar and the internet. The Individual needs to be organized, dependable and articulate, and to be able to multi-task in busy office.
Wage or Salary: 
Per Hour
